All prospective customers are required to successfully complete a thorough onboarding and due-diligence process prior to engaging with the refinery. Upon approval, customers may deliver metal sourced from primary and secondary origins, including mine-produced gold and recycled jewellery, in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
